An Energy Perfomance Certificate (EPC) needs to be ordered before you are able to market your property. Your branch can order your EPC with us immediately so that your property can go on the market without delay

EPCs are a visual representation (on a scale of A-G) of how energy efficient a property is and provide vital information to property owners and tenants about energy use in the buildings they own and use.
